Every dish we serve traces its lineage to the royal kitchens of Rajasthan, the Mughal courts of Delhi, and the coastal tables of Kerala.
We source our spices directly from family farms in Kochi, Jaipur, and Varanasi that supplied these courts for generations.
Our promise: never compromise on authenticity, while presenting it with the refinement that Edmonton's finest dining deserves.
